RETURN CONDITIONS

Not satisfied with your order? Not a problem! You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return:

  • Returning or Exchange is possible within 10 days after receiving your package. 
  • The Return item(s) should be unworn, undamaged, altered, washed or dry cleaned and all label/tags must be attached.
  • Jewelry /accessories are non-returnable

RETURN POLICY 

  1. Send us an email to info@duobrands.com with your name and order number.
  2. Wait for our email with your return authorization.
  3. Return the item(s) using the postal carrier of your preference. You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless www.duobrands.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. 
  4. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.
  5. Most returns are processed within 10-14 business days including transit times. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. 

 

SALE ITEMS

  • All sale items purchased at a reduced price ,discount codes are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Duo Brands is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

 

SHIPPING

Domestic sent via USPS or UPS

International: $30.00+ up 

Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Your order should take about 5 days once shipped depending on your location. You can follow your package with the tracking information given with your shipping confirmation. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your ITEM should arrive 1 to 2 weeks after we ship it. Please be patient! It's on its way! 
We are no longer able to track an order once it makes it past customs. You should receive a custom's number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped. Use this number to assist you on tracking down your package once it has been sent. 

CUSTOM DUTIES

Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through our website.
